What a visit looks like
An inspection is a short, quiet appointment. You pull in, we roll a light stand alongside the panel, and the reading begins. We talk through what we see, whether the paint will tolerate the work, and what the finished reflection should look like. Nothing is committed until you approve a written estimate, and nothing is charged for the inspection itself. Most customers leave knowing more about their vehicle than when they arrived, even when the answer is that a dent is not a paintless candidate.
Bring the vehicle clean enough for the light to travel across the paint, and bring any photographs you took right after the damage appeared. Those images help us tell a fresh dent from an old one and support an insurance claim when one is involved. If you are traveling from Grantsville, Stansbury Park, Erda or Lake Point, allow a few extra minutes for the drive and call ahead if traffic is heavy.

Bring the vehicle clean enough for the light stand to read the paint, the registration or insurance paperwork if a claim is involved, and any photos you took after the damage occurred. Clean panels are easier to read and easier to document.
For fleet and dealership programs we schedule on-site rounds across northern Utah when the volume justifies the trip. Single retail vehicles are handled at the Tooele workshop at 91 E 600 N Unit A.
